Each year I teach an 8 week Senior Seminar course that engages undergraduate students in a group capstone project, allowing students to demonstrate a number of career ready skills. Each student is required to interview industry professionals and then nominate one for inclusion in the series.  Students then partner up to create a press release, flyers, social media posts to market their speaker and recruit participants from the student body. On the day of their session the students host the online session, interviewed their guests, and moderated a Q&A with the attendees.
