ACADEMICS
TEACHING
I believe that students should live their passion, but in order to do so they need to develop both theoretical and practical skill sets. As an industry professional my skill sets were developed by forming non-profit organizations, creating programs, and assisting with numerous competitions, elite level sports programs, special events, startups, and service learning projects. RESEARCH
Research is an important part of my academic and professional role the industry, therefore, I continue pursue a strong research agenda. My current research focuses on the decision-making process of adding sport teams to individual NCAA institution through the College Sport Addition Process Model and establishing competencies through experiential learning projects. SERVICE
Service is an opportunity to build meaningful relationships and partnerships in institutions within the community and industry. Currently I am engaging with local mustang groups and volunteering with the local adaptive climbing group. Past projects have included serving as the Maccabi USA Equestrian Chair, assisting therapeutic riding programs and advising academic program considering adding equestrian sports to their institutions.
